Beer Cheese Dip for Pretzels

This is a ridiculously delicious, easy & fast appetizer! 

12 ounces of beer (I used Dogfish Head 90 minute Imperial IPA)
1 packet of ranch dressing powder mix
5 part-skim mozzarella string cheese sticks
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Two 8 ounce boxes of cream cheese

Heat beer in a sauce pot over medium heat. Add ranch dressing packet. Pull apart string cheese and add to pot. Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir until it's all gooey and melted. Done! Serve warm or cold.
