Quick and Easy Chili

This was a super fast way to put together a great meal for my family! I used lean meat, and other ingredients I had in my pantry. If this recipe is too big for your needs, it can be made, divided and frozen.

3 pounds ground beef

6 Tablespoons minced dried onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

6 Tablespoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 pound 13 ounce can black beans

1 pound 13 ounce can red kidney beans

1 jar of four cheese pasta sauce

Brown the ground beef on a medium - high heat, in a large stock pot (to cut down on cleaning pots!) Add everything else once the beef is browned. Stir it up and let it simmer on a medium - low heat for 30 minutes.
