We'll see...

The jury is out on this concoction. I think it's super sweet and yummy. My Chef's Assistant didn't think it was so great. It's a combination of 2 recipes I wanted to try. The first is: Easy No-Bake Chocolate Matzah Cake, where I substituted freshly brewed coffee for the wine/grape juice to soak the matzah in. The other change is that I used this recipe for cannoli cream: Easy Mini Cannoli Cups to alternate between the layers of matzah and melted chocolate. I've never made Cannoli cream before, so this was a few firsts! I'm going to go ahead and let my family try it at our Seder tomorrow night, and then honestly report back with their thoughts...
